Cult of the Devine

Dry-hopped pale lager - 4.5% ABV

This crushable, refreshing lager is brewed with Pilsner malts and hopped with Motueka, Strata, Nectaron.

Expect a light to medium body with a bready/biscuity malt balance. Light, floral, refreshing. Crisp and highly sessionable. Don't hesitate to throw back 2, 3, (or 4 or more!).

Father Major Jealous Divine, known as ‘the Messenger' and often referring to himself as a God, founded a movement with a devout following labeled as a cult, based in the Divine Lorraine Hotel in the mid-1900s. This building still stands today at the corner of Broad and Fairmount and is one of the city's most unique architectural masterpieces.

A Howling Wilderness

XPA - Extra Pale Ale - 5% ABV

This punchy pale ale is brewed with Pilsner, Oat Malt, White Wheat malts and hopped with Citra, Riwaka, and Nectaron.

Expect a light to medium body, straw yellow to golden color. Moderate haze but not 100% opaque. Strong notes of pineapple, peach, and passionfruit while maintaining moderate bitterness. We call it Extra for a reason!

In the early 1700s, Francis Daniel Pastorius, was a prominent educator, lawyer, and poet, and was the founder of the Germantown neighborhood. He described Philadelphia as a 'howling wilderness' in his writing before it transformed into the urban jungle we know today.
